Payment methods

We have four different payment methods so that you can choose the one that is more convenient for you: credit card, PayPal, bank transfer or direct debit.

• Credit Card: We accept Visa, Visa Electron (debit card), MasterCard and 4B.
• PayPal: If you are not still a Paypal user, you can sign up at www.paypal.com.
• Bank Transfer (wire): This payment method is limited to Cloud VPS and Cloud Datacenter products paid annually. Order your Cloud through our website and chose the annual plan and Bank Transfer. Once completed the order you will receive a proforma invoice with our bank account details so that you can transfer the funds. Please remember to include the invoice or order number with the transfer so that we can locate the payment and activate your services faster.
• Direct Debit: Once you have completed your order and paid your first invoice using one of the other three payment methods, you can start paying by direct debit, provided that the bank account is located in Spain. Please contact us at support@gigas.com to set you up for payment through direct debit.
