Only available in KVM Cloud Datacenter

Cloning machines do not require turn off or rebooting your VMs

  1. Select the Cloud Datacenter where the server you want to clone is located. Go to the Cloud Server icon of the green menu on the right. Once in the server click on the Clone Cloud Server icon. Selección 803.png
  2. A new window will appear. You need to fill up the information required regarding the new Cloud Server (Cloud Datacenter of destination, hostname, and the resources you want to assign it). By default, the resources from the original Cloud Server are set, but you can modify them. Clone1.png
  3. Finally, click on the Clone button. The new Cloud Server is in the destination Cloud Datacenter under the "cloned" tag Clone2.png

We remind you that you cannot clone and delete a cloud server at the same time. First, you need to clone and once this action is completed, you may activate the deletion process
