Once you have purchased a VPS with the characteristics and conditions of the promotion, you must:

- Submit a ticket to support@gigas.com, from your registration eMail account (or contact by phone / chat), requesting the coupon to purchase your backup license free

- The support department, after checking that you meet the promotion´s requirements, you will get a ticket with the corresponding coupon code with which you can purchase 2 licenses of Standard backup, to install in either Cloud VPS you have.
