Moneyback policy

At Gigas we keep our customers by offering a quality of service, not by contracts or legal ties.

Try our VPS Cloud services, Cloud Datacenter and Wordpress Cloud for 7 days and if for any reason you are not satisfied we will refund your money.

You only need to notify us within a week of your purchase, having a reasonable use of the service as set in the terms of the Servicing Agreement and it should be your first moneyback request.

The moneyback service is limited only to Cloud products, Cloud VPS, Cloud Datacenter and Wordpress Cloud. (* Does not include addons such as domains and licenses)
