Our Ethic Mailbox is a confidential and transparent channel for reporting behaviours that may involve the commission of any irregularities or acts contrary to legality or to the rules of conduct of our Ethics Code.

The Ethic Mailbox is available to our customers, suppliers, employees, investors, and shareholders, and any other person or entity that needs to report any irregular conduct to Gigas.

The management of the Ethic Mailbox corresponds to the Compliance Director.

In all investigations, the rights to privacy, defense, and the presumption of innocence of the people investigated will be guaranteed.
