In the event of any issues, our solution includes a technical support service from 8:00 to 20:00, Monday to Friday, with a maximum response time of 24 hours. Additionally, you have remote functional support from 8 to 5 for any modifications to your solution. We provide incident support for the hosting platform and website accessibility, as well as assistance with query resolution regarding content management systems and web page design.
