What is Gigas' DIGITAL KIT?

Gigas' Digital Kit for SMEs offers the solutions your company needs to continue advancing towards digitalization.
All of them are specially designed so you can access your Digital Voucher.
It is a wide portfolio of services designed for any type of SME.


With the 4th call for Digital Kit grants (autumn 2023), the possibility of accessing these grants is extended to communities of property, civil societies with a commercial purpose, professional civil societies, and shared agricultural holdings (provided they have between 0 and fewer than 50 employees).

Requirements to obtain the digital voucher and other interesting information

  • Be a small company, microenterprise, or self-employed individual (between 1 and 49 employees) with fiscal domicile in Spanish territory.
  • Be a community of property, civil society with a commercial purpose, professional civil societies, or shared agricultural holding (provided they have between 0 and fewer than 50 employees).
  • Be registered in Acelera Pyme and complete the digital test for your company (link below).
  • The digital voucher will have a maximum amount of €2,000 for companies with 1 to 2 employees, €6,000 for 3 to 9 employees, and €12,000 for 10 to 49 employees.
  • Not exceed the de minimis aid limit (small amount).
  • Meet the staff and financial limits that define the categories of microenterprise, SME, and self-employed.
    • Be in a situation of registration and have the minimum seniority established in the calls.
    • Be up to date with tax obligations and obligations to the Social Security.
    • Not be subject to a recovery order pending from the European Commission declaring an illegal and incompatible aid with the common market.
    • Not incur any of the prohibitions provided for in Article 13.2 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies Law.


    Other interesting information:

    • Once your digital voucher is granted, you will have up to 6 months to spend it on one or more solutions with a duration of 1 year.

In case you experience any issues, our solution includes a technical support service from 08:00 to 20:00, Monday to Friday, with a maximum response time of 24 hours. Some solutions offer 8/5 remote functional support for specific workloads.

We also take care of the initial configuration and maintenance with the respective updates.
