  1. Offer valid only for new Basic Cardholders of the American Express Business Platinum Card. Get €400 credit if you spend a minimum of €10,000 on the Card in the first 4 months, starting from the date of Card approval. Credit to the Account is normally made within 10 working days after the eligible transactions have been recorded, in some cases it may take up to 90 days. If the Account is suspended for payment problems during the first 3 months, this amount will not be credited. Such credit may be withdrawn by American Express if eligible transactions are subsequently reversed or refunded. Offer is non-transferable, non-refundable by cash or any other means of payment. New Cardholders are persons who have not purchased or cancelled their Card in the last 12 months. American Express may suspend, terminate or modify the terms and requirements of the Terms and Conditions of this promotion at any time for any justifiable reason. Offer valid from 1 May 2023 until 31 December 2023.

  2. Service available for Basic Card Members and Business Platinum Supplementary Card Members of the American Express Business Platinum Card at airports where AENA provides services. Each Card Member will have a maximum of two daily accesses per person as long as they are from different airports. You can check all the conditions of the service here.

  3. Consult the terms and conditions for access to Global Lounge Collection VIP lounges here. Platinum Card Members have unlimited complimentary access to lounges managed by American Express. Guest access policy varies by location and is subject to change. To access American Express VIP lounges, the Platinum Card Member must present their valid Card, same-day boarding pass, and passport. Failure to present this documentation may result in denial of lounge access. The Platinum Card Member will not be compensated for changes in access policy, lounge locations, or fees. American Express reserves the right to admit or deny access to the lounge to any guest for inappropriate behavior, including (but not limited to) abusive, violent, or disruptive conduct. Access is subject to availability at the time of arrival. Use of American Express VIP lounges is subject to American Express terms and conditions. American Express reserves the right to revise these terms without prior notice. Benefits, services, and opening hours may vary by location and are subject to change without prior notice. The Platinum Card Member must be at least 18 years old to access the lounge without their parents or legal guardians. American Express is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items inside an American Express lounge. Use of American Express lounges is subject to American Express rules and conditions of use. American Express reserves the right to review and change these rules at any time without prior notification. Both Basic and Supplementary Platinum Card Members can enroll in Priority PassTM. To access Priority PassTM VIP lounges, the Card Member must present a valid Priority PassTM card in their name, along with a same-day boarding pass and passport. Additional guest access will be charged — currently $32 per guest per visit (approximately €28), which will be charged to your American Express Card.   4. Insurance provided by Chubb European Group SE and Interpartner Assistance has been contracted by American Express Europe S.A. More information in the SMEs and Self-Employed section at www.americanexpress.es/infotitulares.

  5. Only valid for new bookings made at participating Fine Hotels + Resorts and The Hotel Collection hotels through the American Express Online Travel Agency and paid in full with the American Express Business Platinum Card, additionally:
    • Early check-in at noon and room upgrades are subject to availability at the time of arrival.
    • Room upgrades may not apply to certain room categories.
    • Limit of 3 rooms per Card Member per stay; consecutive stays within a 24-hour period at the same property are considered one stay.
    • The Card Member will receive a credit worth 1 USD for every 1 USD spent on hotel services (excluding taxes, tips, commissions, and accommodation charges), up to a maximum of 100 USD to be deducted from the final hotel bill.
    • Late check-out will be until 4 p.m.

  6. The monthly fee for the American Express Business Platinum Card will be €45 for 12 months. In the event of any changes to your Card Account, or if you change products, these monthly payments for the annual fee may be charged differently than expected. In any case, the total sum of the monthly payments will never exceed the total annual fee of €540. This does not apply to those who have applied for and/or cancelled the same product in the last 12 months. The fee for the first 6 Supplementary American Express Business Cards (1 Business Platinum Card and 5 Business or Business Gold Cards) will be waived. From the seventh card onwards, the annual fee for the Supplementary Card will be €540 for the Business Platinum Card.
